Dear Internet Network Marketer,
Now that you have started your own home business you will need to find a way to reel in those prospects. One of the best ways to do this is to create a special page for your visitors to start the viewing process of your business. This is the page they reach first when they click a link to go to your site. It is also referred to as a capture page because on that first page there will be a small form for them to fill out in order to get some initial information on your business - and to capture their e-mail addresses and names.
You could also consider this first page as a teaser because they are going to have to fill in some simple information in order to find out the entire picture of what you are offering. But why would you need your prospects to do this? Why not just show them everything right up front?
That’s because you want to use their curiousity to obtain their contact information. So that has to be done before you allow them access to your site. This will serve two main purposes. The first is so you can contact them to give them any information they might want and answer their questions about your business.
This is a great thing and will give them confidence in the program if they can speak with a real person - provided they give you their phone number. It will really help those who are new to home businesses because they won’t feel like they are looking at some lifeless automated business. Even though you are offering an online business the human touch is still very important.
The second important thing about getting them to give a little contact info on your capture page is once they do, you can now send them periodic e-mails reminding them to continue to think about your opportunity. You do this by setting up what is called autoresponders. In case you don’t know what an autoresponder is: It’s a service that, once linked with your site, will automatically send out messages to those people.
How many they receive and how often they get them is up to you. The reason for doing this is because not everyone will join your business right away. People will think about it for a while and while they do they will continue to get your messages about your business.
Your own lead capture page is an important tool that will help you take your business to the next level. It is an important tool in the marketing arsenal of many home business owners and will help you reach out to your prospects.
To put a capture page up to the Internet you obviously need a web hosting service (see here for cheap webhosting services) plus an autoresponder service like Getresponse or Aweber.
But I have this blog website (and many others websites) hosted with a premium webhosting company which gives me unlimited autoresponders along with their hosting service. And, more importantly, this is a company who “has a heart” for Internet marketers and Network Marketers and will not inadvertedly shoot your website down. In case you are curious, click here and on that page, click on “Packages”. Alongside with hosting, I also get a 3-seats-online-conference “room” to be able to show prospects my business over the Internet. For a charge, I could extend this to big Internet conferences with my entire organisation.
You need traffic as well. Find out how to get more web traffic to your site.

You have finally got rid of an unworthy president.
In same time, you have shown the world and yourself that Americanism is NOT a matter of the past. No more evoking the wild west and the virtues of the pioneers in frontierland. No more looking for moral values in the past, but rather again heading towards a promising future.
And you know it.
Don’t forget this inauguration and the realization that having the first non-white president is proof that the American principle is still alive - or maybe reborn. Don’t forget it in the labours of the lowlands ahead.
As much as the former president was perceived as a symbol of everything bad the world fears from America (personal success built on deceit and betrayal, ruthless and egoistic pursuit of very narrow interests, rule of the big companies rather than the people, counterproductive military aggressivity, lack of any knowledge of what’s going on outside the US, bigotry etc…) the new one is a symbol of all the positive America stands for ( freedom and the chance of success for everybody, democracy, compassion for the handicapped, “live and let live” - HOPE!).
Most of the antiamericanism throughout the world is just disappointed love. America is supposed to be the symbol of hope, the promised land where everybody has a chance to succeed, “the good” par excellence. Since Vietnam, this projection has become difficult, and nearly impossible after G.W. Bush even won a second term. The fact that Obama was voted into office raises hopes abroad that America might again become the symbol of the good. No inauguration has been broadcast so extensively to so many countries as the one from January 20th 2009.
Good luck, Obama, good luck, America!

Every once in a while something exciting pops out of the advertising broth. (Conclusion: Not all advertising is equal, not all advertising is BS.)
I don’t know you, but I have definitely spent a discouraging sum of money on Google adwords with VERY little to show for it. And then there are all those paid e-books promising that there is a way to earn money with Adwords “even better than before the Google slap”. I cannot claim to have bought them all, heck I have a family to feed and cannot waste my money like that. But so much is evident: There is no convincing way for the “small guy” like you and me (no, I am no plumber and my name is not Jo!) to get traffic from Google.
What is it I have found and obviously want to share with you?
It’s called “Yahoo Cash For Idiots”, authors are Dean Cassady & Jason Phillips. Have you already heard of it? I sure didn’t until I’ve read that ad. The name of the product… hm. Attention grabber. Sure worked in my case.
What’s the point these guys make?
In short:
Although Yahoo! is much smaller than Google (something like an 80-20 ratio), the lower competition for pay-per-click traffic and the greater friendlyness towards small marketers and affiliate marketers more than make up for this disadvantage. The authors claim to have made over $463,000 in Clickbank earnings in two months. Now that’s probably the “best months” approach, but even if the rest of the year was not worth mentioning, it’s still interesting.
When they shifted over from Google to Yahoo!, they optimized their campaigns for the new environment and got very good results. In their words: “we accidentally developed our proven IDIOT friendly formula”. And they make their “idiot friendly formula” available for everybody, for everybody willing to buy it, that is.
I will give it a shot. Why? Because in spite of all that sales mumbo-jumbo, they got a very convincing point with their comparison of Google and Yahoo!. Click here to see for yourself. And whether their special approach really is that tricky as they claim or not, their manual and quickstart guide will at least help to optimize my new Yahoo! campaigns fast. The price of $77 is negligible compared with my Adwords budget.
In order to kick you and me off the fence, they say they are only releasing 300 copies every three months. I don’t know whether they care for credibility and really take their products off and on the market. But I will not find out because I am not going to wait, I have decided to get it although I don’t appreciate too much being addressed as “idiot”.
Here the link again, in case you want to know more:

Why Affiliate Marketing?
Affiliate marketing is a very simple process where you sell or promote a merchant’s product or service for which you will receive a commission. This makes you an “affiliate” of this merchant. Affiliate marketing is probably the business model whith the least investment, and this makes it the most popular method especially with newcomers to Online Marketing.
It comes in different forms which have in common that you join the affiliate program which the merchant is operating who sells the particular product you are interested to promote. The most common ways to earn money are these:
- Pay per click - each visitor you send to the merchant’s site will earn you a commission.
- Pay per lead - each person who leaves personal data on the merchants site after you send them there will earn you a commission.
- Pay per sale - commission will be paid by the merchant for each sale made at his website.
Pay per sale is by far the most frequent model. Each one of the above returns a certain payment for delivering the click, lead, or sale.
Internet marketers who teach beginners will very often guide them into affiliate marketing because of its simplicity. It is easy and cheap to start and develop.
An affiliates prime costs will be in the promotion of the product or service. All costs and labor associated with the product, sales page, delivery, after sales services, merchant services (set up and ongoing), will be to the merchants account.
These are the steps to follow when starting your Internet business by affiliate marketing:
- You need a suitable niche market with enough demand as well as a reasonable supply - and enough money and scalability to support future business growth.
- Research what the market is looking for, solutions to problems (which?), or products/services which are short of supply.
- Research the available affiliate products and services to find something that will fill the deficiency or fix the problem.
- Promote the product by every means available to you.
- Build your own website.
Owning your own website is not an absolute precondition, but it helps a lot. You have more ways to promote the products or/and services, you can have reviews on your website, and most importantly you can presell your website visitors on the products before redirecting them to the sales page(s) run by the merchant(s).
With your own website, you can gather your own opt-in list of customers and targeted potential customers. You can have an opt-in form connected to a follow-up “autoresponder” service (like Getresponse or Aweber).
As you wouldn’t give anybody your hard earned money whom you don’t trust (hopefully!!!), so will your potential customers. That’s why building trust between you and your customers is of prime importance to your business. Your customers should come to perceive you as their expert in your chosen niche so they take your recommendations and — buy. You cannot succeed without trust which may require some time to build. But this is the same with every type of business.
And this is why I have to advise you to operate your own website. Just by sending traffic to the merchant’s website via your affiliate link you will not build trust with anybody.
For a more thorough video based primer and help system click here.
Take my advice and build your own webpage! I have set up for you a collection of low-price, high-value webhosting services:

Traffic Generation
nearly every business or company has now taken their website online – and even some of the most successful companies today were built solely from having an online presence as World Wide Web has become more popular over the past decade. Nowadays it’s so easy to make a personal website and bring it online that everybody can do it - masses of people have done it before. Generating traffic to your website however, is a completely different issue, and it is truly what decides whether or not any one particular website is successful.
It is not simple to get traffic to your website as any webmaster or web designer could tell you. Using web sites to their full advantage and implementing online marketing strategies, many people are able to make a living. The amount of visitors you have to your site, determines the amount of money you potentially make, and companies are willing to pay more for individuals who have sites that attract more traffic.
You can promote your website online as well as offline by using various kinds of advertisement. However, this is only a small part of advertising online and driving traffic to your website to create a business. Websites are bogged down with annoying advertisements because the internet is a very competitive field. This is why you need to get creative when it comes to generating more website traffic.
SEO and Link Building Service
One of the most effective strategies to generate traffic to a website or certain page within your site is called search engine optimization, or SEO for short. This refers to using keywords - words or phrases people might search for in search engines - in web content, so that words in articles (like “flat screen TVs”) correspond to actual search terms. Search engine optimization techniques if used correctly, can dramatically increase the number of visitors to your website.
In order to generate more traffic to your website and hopefully attract some new clientele you should contact some other webmasters that deal with the same topics as your own and ask them if they would like to trade links with you. You will both place internet hyperlinks to the other’s website somewhere on one of the pages of each site. This is a great strategy at generating new traffic to your website. Actually, there are companies specializing in link building. Link popularity helps your website’s ranking with the search engines, too.
Article Marketing
You can use online message boards and forums to draw attention to your website. Casually mentioning your website is the simplest approach, try not to put too much into it and it’s not a good idea to spam the chat-rooms. A comment posted on a site related to your own will draw targeted traffic.

One of the best ways to make an huge amount of cash on the Internet is by selling your very own product. The reason it’s the best way is because every one that you sell, you will get 100% of the profits.
If you were just an marketer selling other peoples products then you would only get a commission which can be 50 or 75%. Now that’s still a pretty good little deal… selling somebody else’s products and you get a 50% commission. But if it was yours, you can have ALL the profits and DOUBLE your income.
Let me put it this way… if you sold one $100 product each day… you get 50% commission as an affiliate… that’s $1,500 a month and $18,000 a year. Not bad eh? But now think of how much you would receive if it was your product… $36,000!
Much better isn’t it? That could make the difference between you slaving away at your job and after that working Affiliate Marketing in your spare time or quitting the 9 to 5 chore and working full time in Internet Marketing and living your life on your own conditions.
There’s also further benefits to selling your own products. You can find other Affiliate Marketers to sell for you. I know that you are going back to only making 50% of the income because you are giving 50% to your affiliates for each sale they make but it’s worth it because you won’t have do all of the work trying to send traffic to your site on your own.
You can focus on other parts of your business and let your affiliates send you the sales. Plus all you need is one really good marketer that knows what they’re doing and you can bring in a lot of money.
But I ought to warn you! If you have done very little marketing in your life, I would suggest that you don’t try to invent your own product just yet. It’s good to learn the ropes of generating an income on Internet Marketing to start with before you jump into selling your own product.
You will need to learn how to find hungry niche markets that have a problem that you can bring solutions to. It’s clever to find a market first before you create a product. You may come up with an idea for a product that you imagine is amazing and SHOULD sell like crazy but how do you know for sure? Doesn’t it make sense to test the market first to see if they are a buying market before you put in the hard work of creating the product?
Once you discover a potential market, you can build your website and test it by selling affiliate products. You would drive traffic to your site and see if people buy. If they don’t, then you can test by changing to another affiliate product to see if that does the trick.
If you start making sales, then you can go on to invent an even BETTER product to help solve your markets problem. On the other hand, if no matter what you do you can’t make many sales, then chances are that your market isn’t a buyers market and it’s probably time to move on.
Then you just do some research in other markets and repeat the process until you do find some buyers.
I know not making sales is disappointing and frustrating but don’t you think it’s better to find out as an affiliate instead of finding out after you have invested so much time, money and energy into creating your very own product?
Ok so I have pretty much told you that the best way to make money on the Internet is by eventually creating and selling your own product. But if you don’t have much experience in Internet Marketing, you should start off as an affiliate and sell other peoples products.
Get your Affiliate Marketing career off the ground. Then once you get your feet wet and find a profitable market, then create your very own product and rake in the CASH!

There are numerous benefits that webmasters can enjoy if they will take the time to learn all about search engine optimization (SEO) and carefully and consistently apply the principles to a website, its contents and the website design. While it is true that there are many website designers who are able to create stunning page layouts for their sites and impressive graphics, too few of them put enough thought and effort into what will draw the attention of the search engines.
In this day and age when there are billions upon billions of pages of web content spread across the vast internet, it is more important than ever to make sure that webmasters and website designers take special pains to build their sites and code them in such a way that the site is fully search engine optimized. There are a number of good SEO website tips that every webmaster who cares about gaining a good search engine ranking for a website should be sure to implement consistently.
A website that has been built with the clear understanding of search engine optimization principles will enjoy better listings in the search engine results pages, commonly called SERPs. Even established websites that already have a steady flow of web traffic could still improve the organic search engine traffic they receive if they make an all-out effort to maximize their SEO efforts.
Designing a site to make the most of what the search engines are looking for is a fairly simple process, although it does require a good bit of attention to detail if your traffic building campaign is to be successful. Primarily, the task boils down to properly coding the various elements of the web page with current coding protocol in specific HTML tags, while at the same time making the most of the semantic value of the web content of the site.
Search engine optimization of a site begins right at the top of the page with the title tag, which is considered to be one of the most important factors in SEO. It is essential that each page on a site has a unique and interesting title and the title should always include the specific keywords that are being targeted by that page of web content. While it is important to include the keywords for the search engine spiders, the title must also be interesting and compelling to the human visitor who will decide which link to click from the SERPs and therefore which page to view.
The next most important SEO factor is how the header tags are used to further identify the target keywords. The H1 tag is intended to provide the largest, overall heading on a page and should introduce the rest of the web content that flows throughout the page. Keywords included in this tag are given extra “weight” by the search engines and this is also true of the H2 tags, which should be used to highlight subtopics.
There are several other aspects to SEO that will have a bearing on how well a website ranks in the search engines and there is a vast amount of information on this topic available through the many webmaster resources that can be found online. All aspects of proper search engine optimization will revolve around thorough and detailed keyword research, which will help website owners to better target the exact terms that their viewers are using in the search engines.
Getting to grips with SEO basics is as important to the future of a website as having a good internet marketing strategy.

Website owners are able to enjoy a number of important benefits by taking the time and effort to learn as much as they can about search engine optimization, or SEO, and then put in the work to consistently put SEO principles into practice when designing a website and adding content to it. Ok, You are Choosing the Best Work at Home Ideas
The internet has become such a powerful marketplace over the past years that all kinds of people are attracted to the idea of an additional income resource.
Make Money Online
There are hundreds of ways to make money online, it is just a matter of how much you are determined to succeed. Many people are investing money and effort in this business and they are making huge success. In the beginning, let’s say the first 6 months to a year depending on your level of marketing and internet skills you have to build your business continually every day and set everything up. When the ball starts rolling it’s time to outsource tasks and put others on autopilot. Your time becomes very valuable and you need it to expand your business and not waste it doing the nifty gritty day in day out.
There are software programs and companies that offer marketing services for nearly any marketing task out there. Link Building, Website Submission, Customer Care, Blogging Software - all these tasks can be done with the help of software programs which help to save time.
Persistence and the ability to motivate yourself. Being on your very own, sitting in front of your computer can be very lonesome at times, especially if little results are showing up or there are problems with your websites and you don’t know how to fix those.
Don’t Get Lost in the Internet Jungle
When you choose from the huge variety of work from home ideas on the internet, take a second look at the benefits the program is going to provide. It’s good to have your own skill level in mind when searching through the programs to find one that is complementary to your skills. Let’s say you are a total newbie looking for an additional income resource. There are special programs that take you by the hand and teach you step by step what to do when you apply their training materials. There is a forum where you can ask questions about how to work the opportunity.
Usually these home business opportunities are half automated which means, you are getting a website set up, maybe pre-written messages for a list that grows out of subscribing to your newsletter, lots of how to videos and step by step training. That would be a good choice. But there are also programs that do not provide much and basically you are left alone. A mentoring program is the greatest asset for someone starting an online home business. Too many affiliates today are completely lost in the huge information and marketing jungle of the internet. Don?t become one of them.
It is known that starting a home business on the internet is hard work despite the fact that a lot of hype out there promotes these 1-2-3 easy step programs. Don’t take that too literally. After all it is marketing. An offline business takes at least a year to develop and this is the time frame everybody should grant himself before quitting or going on to the next program. It helps a lot to find out what you are passionate about, what you like doing the most and slowly you are creating your internet presence for people to notice and the traffic starts to roll in. This works with AdSense packages or any other montization program you choose.
Low Start Up Costs
More and more people are becoming self-employed and working at home without risking the costs usually associated with starting an online home business. Some of you probably would like to have a full time work from home business, while many of you are probably just looking for ideas and opportunities that will enable you to supplement your full time job and career and earn some extra income. An affiliate marketing business can be launched for next to nothing and you can keep your regular job until you’re ready to go full time. The key ingredient in successful Affiliate Marketing is patience and not giving up too early.
The Learning Curve
The program’s training should be simple and flexible and provide a step-by-step training to help you in your work from home business. Avoid offers that either requires you to pay exorbitant amounts for registration or for training, or ones that involve training that is long, drawn out and tedious. You will burn out even before you get your first sale. Keep it simple and to the point. Is training and personal coaching available to help in the beginning stages of starting your business or are you on your own from day one.
Having a skill or professional training yourself could be a good starting point for a service to offer and your business could be built on that in the first place. Expanding into other marketing areas from there will then feel just natural.

We are definitely experiencing a financial crisis and we are into the worst economical times of our lives and this is a worldwide problem. There are a lot of people looking for ways to alternative income and the Internet is the ideal place to start.
You may probably be wondering if there is any possibility to acquiring wealth as most of us were hoping over the years. However, the question should be, “what does wealth mean to you?” See for yourself here at Affiliate Cash Vault.
I personally view wealth as being secure, having money for the things that I desire, maintaining a good family life and being healthy. So it is not only money that I interpret as being wealthy. You can have all the money in the world and if you are not healthy, you won’t enjoy it and it cannot save your life by any means.
Money, for me, is a way to fill the need of not only myself, but others who may look to me for help. That is my motivation to have money. I don’t want to keep it all to myself. I want to help others. What is your motivation to becoming wealthy? I know you are probably in need right now and wondering if I am crazy. You probably are tired of all this kind of talk, so let’s get right into the real deal here. However, remember that you have to maintain the right mindset in order to get wealth and keep it.
You have no income. You don’t know where to turn. You want to do something to make money that you will be able to control and not rely on an employer. You heard about the Internet or you are already trying to start a business online, but don’t know the specifics on how to really make money online.
Does this describe you in any way? Rest assured that you can make money in any type of economy or under any kind of financial crisis, if you know how to grab a hold of an opportunity and be ready when that door becomes open for you.
Affiliate Marketing Commission
1. Start with Affiliate Marketing
The internet is filled with tons of ways to make money, but my advice is to start with affiliate marketing. The reason for this is that you can sell a product that you did not create and generate commissions from promoting that product to a hungry group of buyers. You must, however, do your research to find out what these people are actually searching for. You can become a success story if you follow the blueprint for success in affiliate marketing. Creating your product is another option, but if you are just starting out online, this should not be your first choice. You can start by creating a blog and writing articles or post to your blogs and inserting anchor text that highlight the affiliate product that you are promoting.
2. Money Making Forums
Hang out in money making forums to see what others are talking about. Get involved in the discussion if you can contribute something of value, but more importantly, see what you can learn from those who are experienced. Ask questions in these forums. It will help you to learn even more and put you on the map of the forum platform so that people will know who you are. If you are permitted to write articles, do some research and post valuable articles to this forum. Make sure you have a good signature file that will appear each time you make a post. You want to use your affiliate link so that each time you post, others will see what you are promoting and possible click on your link. This is another ideal way of advertising your affiliate product.
3. Offering your services
You can offer your service as a freelancer. If you are good at writing, graphic design, computer programming or web design, you can offer these services to people who are looking to outsource their heavy work load. You can hang out in freelance websites such as elance and getafreelancer as well as other freelance websites that you can search for online. This can be a lucrative way to make money online and still be able to feed your family. You may come across competition, but what you can do is to create a portfolio of samples that you will provide to the client that sets you apart from anyone else.
4. Run a web hosting site
Web hosting is something that is always going to be needed as long as people are doing business online. You can either be a web host reseller or own your own web host server. I would opt for the web host reseller. This means that you can sell web hosting to people who need it and make this a profitable business. Most people who own web host servers don’t have time to get their own clients so they create affiliate programs for people like you. You don’t have to carry any inventory because this product is intangible. All you have to do is to promote the service. It is quite a good way to make an income online.
5. Sell Ad Space
You can own your very own wordpress blog or domain and sell ad space on it. People always need to advertise and if you can get people to advertise on your blog or domain, you can make monthly residual income. This can be even more effective if you own a website that has high page rank. Once you establish a website with PR 1 or higher, people will want to put their links on your website because that means that you are getting some type of traffic, but it has to be targeted traffic. Look on my blog (see link below) how I advertised for people to subscribe to put their links on my squidoo lens that have page rank 3. This will give you some ideas.
If you want to learn the ways to make money from home with the help of experienced online marketers who make up to $20,000 monthly, you can head on over to my affiliate earning blog here at Affiliate Cash Vault. You will get some specific recommendations on reliable web hosting provider so that you can host your domain and begin making money online from home.

There are a lot of reasons that Clickbank has been a successful gateway to internet profitability for so many people. But two big reasons so many findsuccess with the Clickbank system is that it is simple to understand and get started on quickly and everything in the Clickbank system works. It is such a well run Internet Marketing resource that a lot of people have turned to it as a payment gateway rather than PayPal or one of the other more well known funds processing agencies on the web.
Clickbank does an outstanding job of handling third party credit card transactions. And because everything about Clickbank is digital including all products and the means of delivery, the accountability for handling payments has to be absolutely rock solid dependable and trustworthy.
The ability for any internet marketer to quickly and easily become a Clickbank affiliate is another reason it is such a stunning success. It’s simplistic to select a product from the Clickbank marketplace once you have a free account on the service which you can easily set up on their web site. And once you have that account, Clickbank generates tracking codes so it can tell when you have selected a digital product and started promoting it online. This means with the simple step of creating an account, the door is open for you to sell ten thousand products on your internet marketing web presence with little more work than that. Suddenly you go from a newcomer to cyberspace to the owner of a Wal-Mart of the web.
Any marketplace in cyberspace or not relies on the meeting of sellers and buyers. And to be a success Clickbank also has to make it easy for creators of digital products to sell their goods through their marketplace too. For a seller, there is a fee to get started on Clickbank but considering that by putting their product into this marketer, it could get picked up by an army of 100,000 sellers, a $50 start up fee and a small percentage commission to Clickbank is entirely reasonable. And since Clickbank is replacing your routine credit card processor and handling all of those transaction fees, their commission is pretty much a wash.
Now you just get your product into the Clickbank library. You might have to hold your breath to get a sale because you need one sale to get noticed by the marketing software in Clickbank. But once you are listed, the odds are somebody is going to pick up your product and begin to sell it. Clickbank tracks and records those sales scrupulously so other affiliates will start to pay attention as your sales pick up and before long you are making tons of sales being promoted by this sales army you never met and have no idea who they are. You don’t have to know. They are making you rich and getting a handsome commission for themselves in the process. It’s a beautiful partnership between strangers where everybody wins.
Clickbank is a full service marketplace for the seller because you don’t have to find affiliates or even promote your product. Just get it out there and once the momentum of sales picks up, it can snowball into a huge seller for you. The profits roll into your Clickbank account and on your regular distribution cycles you established when you set up the account, Clickbank sends the money to your bank account. It’s just that simple and just that quick.

Why do some websites sell better than others? Do you need a marketing degree to create a website? Does design have much impact on sales?
You may not realize this but many of the successful internet marketing businesses realize that design, or layout of the website should be as much of a marketing decision as the ad copy. Why is that?
Web designers can do some amazing things with graphics and colors. You will also have a much more professional looking site when an expert applies his handiwork. However, it is very important to understand some of the key elements that smart marketers will make certain to appear (or NOT appear) on their highly profitable sites. If you are aware of these you may be able to select a designer who is knowledgeable in marketing as well as design. Visit Internet Marketing for more information
COLOR:
Designs with a dramatic color can make compelling choices for setting a mood. But reading on a computer screen demands as much contrast as possible, otherwise the reader will develop vision fatigue. You do not want to irritate or tire your visitors in any way or they may leave, so be certain that the main body of your website copy is black writing on a white background - or as close to that ideal as possible.
Colors also change appearance on different monitors, so what looks cool and calm on one monitor may be bright and glaring on another. Simple works.
GRAPHICS:
Striking, bold graphics can be a real eye-catcher for visitors. Still, successful internet marketers are pretty much unanimous in stating that you should avoid flash graphics as much as possible. Again, they tend to tire visitors eyes or create a distraction from the written copy. Even if they are initially impressed by the work it may subconsciously annoy them. Simplicity is again the best way to go. Visit Online Marketing for more information
LAYOUT:
The first ‘fold’ of your site is similar to opening a tractional paper letter. If you remove a letter from an envelope that is folded in three, you will obviously view the top ‘fold’ first.
This fold is what individuals will see without scrolling down the page. It is CRUCIAL that important elements like descriptive headlines, your contact number, newsletter subscription form etc. all show in the first fold. Do NOT place banners here unless they are the main element of your business as you will be giving prime space to other websites and your customer (which you fought hard to get in the first place) will be gone just as quickly.
These are just some of the important elements you should be aware of when designing your site.
