If you are using article marketing to promote your home business, there is a technique you will want to know about. It’s called word stemming.
The usual ’stemming’ approach is where you add different endings to a word stem (such as sell) to get new words like selling, sellable and seller.
Of special interest to me was a technique I read about in Dylan Loh’s Secret Article Profits. With this method, you can quickly unearth a large selection of related keywords.
WHAT THIS IS NOT
1. This is not your usual stemming approach where you just add different endings to a word stem.
2. And it’s not the other popular approach of adding words before or afterwards such as power seller, selling online, eBay selling and how to sell.
This keywords-multiplying technique uses a freely available tool to deliver NATURAL keywords in addition to what you’ll get from the above two techniques. As such it helps you generate the sort of vocabulary (and therefore keywords!) that people use in normal informed discussion about your topic.
That, my friend, is exactly what the search engines want to find in your writing… natural speech, normal word patterns|writing[/spin].
In other words, this online service will give you a list of the expressions and words that your ideal prospects are typing into their favorite search engines. Write about those and your articles are precisely what they want.
WHEN YOU DO IT RIGHT…
The wonderful thing about writing articles (when you do it according to Dylan’s profitable formula) is that each article you get published becomes a potential stream of passive income.
You set it up once and it can keep paying you for a long time. That’s the beauty of article writing.
Do it right and you have passive income that leverages the massive reach of online giants like Google, EzineArticles.com and the other top 4 article directories that Dylan uses.
He also explains how he is exploiting the massive traffic of the web 2.0 social bookmarking sites.
YOU CAN RECYCLE YOUR TRAFFIC
If you “recycle your traffic” between a handful of high-traffic high-PageRank sites, then you’ve got a powerhouse system. This report explains how to do this.
IT’S PROVEN
You’ve got 38 pages of actual content in the main report, and the great thing is…. we know it works because Dylan only started doing this a few months before he wrote his “manual” and already he was generating a nice income from his Secret Article Profits methods.
The package includes an accompanying report called “Articles That Write Themselves”

The key is really quite simple.
Make today the day you TAKE ACTION on what you have learned.

Operating your own home business is not all a bed of roses.
So let’s take a few moments to consider some of the downsides of earning your living at home.
This is a bit of a reality check, okay? - to remove any rose tinted glasses that some guru might have handed you during a sales pitch for some high priced product.
MY LIST OF THE DISADVANTAGES
1. It’s far too easy to NEGLECT YOUR FAMILY when you are working at home. There is something problematic about the logic that says I’m doing this for my family if I am neglecting them in the process.
Too many employees have fallen into this trap of putting career before family, and only found out too late. Just working at home does not make us immune to that reality. Keep an eye out for signs that your family needs a dose of you.
2. The work is NEVER FINISHED. There is always something extra you can do to grow your business.
3. If your business is computer based, as mine is, you can easily find yourself SITTING TOO LONG at the keyboard. You can suffer neck pain from a lack of the usual side to side, up and down movements of everyday life.
In fact, our daughter-in-law who is a physiotherapist has written up a sheet of neck exercises for me to do as headache preventatives.
4. There can be considerable FINANCIAL PRESSURE during the business establishment phase. Okay, this will be less if you are working full time while you build your business on a part time basis such as in the evenings and on the weekends.
5. When you go away on HOLIDAYS, you have to find a way to take care of any ongoing maintenance needs for your business. Someone to take care of customer support and answer email, for example.
6. COMPUTER PROBLEMS can be unexpectedly stressful if your computer is central to your business activities. To prevent disasters of this nature, you have to think about backup systems. How would you recover from total hard disk failure? Then there is the ongoing threat of viruses, worms, trojans, rootkits and more. The best online selling tips can go down the drain if this is wasted.
7. HANDLING INTERRUPTIONS. It can be quite a challenge when you don’t want to rude to your family members or friends who interrupt your work, but on the other hand if you are not careful the downtime can become excessive. How would you plan to handle or prevent these productivity-killing interruptions from family and friends? - without ruining those relationships.
8. You’ve got nobody else to BLAME when something you did goes pear-shaped. It is you who has to think about the ideas for a home based business - this is YOUR business.
9. And finally, if your business dealings with your customers are online rather than face to face, it is easy to become a scruffy, unwashed character who’s still in PAJAMAS in the middle of the day.
Of course, the good news is… there are solutions to each and every one of these disadvantages if we take the time to think about them.
SO WHAT IS THE VERDICT?
“Tell me Gary. Overall, does home business have more advantages or disadvantages?” Should one learn how to make money online? Yes, you should.
Well if you ask me (and you just did - thanks!), I reckon…
HOME BUSINESS ROCKS!
